1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Locked-INN (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal productivity purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App without written permission.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
• You understand that blocking apps via Accessibility Service is a system-level permission and you grant this voluntarily.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

Locked-INN is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will block 100% of distractions (system limitations may apply). We are not liable for missed notifications, failed blocks, or data loss.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may terminate your use at any time by deleting the App and your account via Settings.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App owner is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
